(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 9th of December, 2022 (Annexure P-5) whereby prayer made by the petitioner seeking emergency parole of four weeks to attend marriage of his real sister stated to be fixed for 14th of December, 2022 stands declined. At the outset, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the marriage is fixed for today he will confine his prayer to allow the petitioner to attend the marriage in custody but without handcuffs. Ld. State Counsel does not oppose the said prayer. In view of the aforesaid fact, the present petition is allowed with the direction to the respondents to take the petitioner at 'Agroha Inn Marriage Palace, Near State Bank of India, Hisar Road, Agroha Moad' to enable him to attend the marriage.
