The present petition was filed on 19.10.2024 by Mr. Raman Mohinder Sharma, Advocate. Registry had raised objections in this case on the same date.

As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition, on which, objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party to refile the same within a period of 40 days. However, these objections were neither removed nor the file was taken back for re-filing the same after removal of the objections.
