**** SANJAY VASHISTH, J. (Oral) CRM-W-132-2023 This is an application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for seeking withdrawal of the main case i.e. CRWP-11793-2022. It has been averred in the application that during the pendency of present petition, petitioner has left the country in the month of January, 2023, and has settled abroad, and in lieu of same, as per instructions of applicantpetitioner, he does not want to press present petition at this stage, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw main petition.

Mr. J.S. Arora, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of non-applicant/respondent-State, and pleads no objection to the withdrawal of main case.
