(ORAL) Prayer in the third petition under Section 528 of BNSS is for quashing of the judgment/order dated 05.10.2024 in Criminal Revision No. 41/2024 filed by the present petitioner before the Ld. Sessions Judge, Faridkot (Annexure P-1) whereby the order dated 30.03.2024 passed by the Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridkot whereby the charges was framed against the present petitioner under Section 498-A/403/323 IPC, 1860 (Annexure P-2) was declared to be justified in Complaint tilted as 'Poonam vs. Raman Monga and others' bearing No.COMI-35/2019 registered on 11.03.2019 and subsequent proceedings arising out of the aforesaid judgment/order.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
