HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer in the instant application bearing Crl.M.No.5932 of 2021 is for withdrawal of the petition bearing CRM-M-50419 of 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a new compromise has since been entered into between the parties. In view thereof, application bearing Crl.M.No.5932 of 2021 is allowed and the main petition bearing CRM-M-50419 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition for quashing of the FIR on the basis of new compromise.
