A status report, dated 03.01.2024, by way of an affidavit of Sh. Veer Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, City, Karnal, has already been filed by learned State counsel. The same is taken on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that as per the aforesaid status report, respondents No. 7 and 8, i.e. Mandeep Kapoor and Maya Devi, respectively, have been arrested and the investigating agency has also issued a LOC against respondent No. 6-Amit Kapoor, as such the present petition may be deposed of in the said terms. 3.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition is disposed of as such.
