The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to direct the official respondents No.2 to 4 to take appropriate action against the accused in case arising out of FIR No.445 dated 09.11.2022 (Annexure P-6) under Sections 323, 34, 341 and 506 IPC at Police Station Sector 29 DLF, District Gurugram.

Learned State counsel submits that in the present case, an untrace report has been ordered to be prepared by the police and has been submitted to the Competent Court of Law.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail his alternative remedies, if any, available to him in accordance with law. 4.
