(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to respondents - authorities to provide new sewerage as well as the water supply connections as the petitioner had approached the respondents - authorities through legal notice dated 12.07.2022 (Annexure P-5) but till date no action has been taken.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has served a legal notice dated 12.07.2022 (Annexure P-5) upon the respondents - authorities, however, no action has been taken up till date. Notice of motion.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the representation dated 12.07.2022 (Annexure P-5) filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of 04 weeks from today.
