PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to the State Authorities to conduct fair and impartial inquiry in a complaint related to an incident wherein son of the petitioner lost his life. 2.

Status report was filed by the State. Thereafter, this Court vide order dated 13th of February, 2020 directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Authority for recording the statement. 3.

Today, State Counsel on instructions from ASI Gulab Singh apprises the Court that on the statement made by the petitioner, FIR was registered. Thereafter, investigation was conducted and Cancellation Report already stands prepared and approved. The same shall be filed within two weeks from today.
