(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent - department especially respondent No.5 to enter the mutation of surplus land allotted to the petitioner vide allotment letter (Form US-3) dated 13.04.2021 (Annexure P-2) under the Haryana Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1972, in the name of the petitioner.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already filed an application dated 09.10.2023 (Annexure P-7) before the Tehsildar, Nuh for sanctioning the mutation, but no action has been taken on the same.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5 i.e. Tehsildar, Nuh to decide the application (Annexure P-7) by the petitioner as per law expeditiously preferably within a period of 02 months from today.
