**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 172 dated 12.10.2019, registered under Section 379 IPC, Police Station Sadar Faridkot, District Faridkot. Prosecution story, in brief, is that on 12.10.2019, complainant Gajjan Singh got recorded his statement to the effect that he was owner of two trucks and for the last 2-3 days, he had parked his truck bearing No. PB-04AA-1440 on the highway bridge of his village, under the fly over as there was no space for parking near his house. On 12.10.2019, at about 7.30 A.M., he was informed that the said truck was not under the fly-over and the same was stolen by some unknown person on the intervening night of 11.10.2019/12.10.2019.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the considered opinion that the instant petition deserves dismissal. The truck in question was recovered from the petitioner in case GURPREET SINGH 2019.11.29 15:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

CRM-M No. 50293 of 2019 -2FIR No. 162 dated 18.10.2019 under Sections 379, 411 IPC, registered at Police Station Sarhali, District Tarn Taran. Petitioner might be required for custodial interrogation.

No ground for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. The petition is dismissed.
