(ORAL) Petitioner-Nand Lal has challenged the orders dated 20.02.2019 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Patiala Division, Patiala, confirming the order dated 26.08.2013 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Municipal Corporation, Patiala, raising an additional demand for a sum of ` 73,470/- (Seventy-Three Thousand Four Hundred Seventy only) towards outstanding house-tax for the Assessment Year 2011-12. The plea, firstly, is that the House Tax had to be calculated on rent being realized, and secondly to be assessed on the actual plot area measuring 272 sq. yards instead of 400 sq. yards. At the time of hearing, counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
