RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (ORAL) Petitioners have preferred this writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct an enquiry by considering the representation dated 24.11.2022 filed by the petitioners in the context of genuineness of certificate possessed by the respondent No.5.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners has informed the Court that an enquiry has already been conducted by the duly appointed Enquiry Officer and the Enquiry Officer has also submitted his report to the competent authority/the Deputy Commissioner.

Be that as it may, since the Enquiry Officer has already conducted the enquiry on the issue of genuineness of certificate of educational qualification of respondent No.5, therefore, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage by giving liberty to the competent authority to decide and pass final order on the enquiry report in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and convey the same to the petitioners.
