RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent-department especially respondent No.5 to enter the mutation of surplus land allotted to petitioners vide allotment letter (Form US-3) dated 13.04.2021, Annexure P-2, under the Haryana Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1972, in the name of the petitioners. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that representation, Annexure P-7, was filed on 09.10.2023 by the petitioner before respondent No.5, but no decision has been taken on the same till date. Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.

After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5, i.e. Tehsildar, Nuh, District Nuh, to decide the MEENU 2023.11.
