RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of impugned order dated 12.10.2023, Annexure P-7, passed by learned Financial Commissioner, respondent No.1, whereby he dismissed the petition on maintainability and upheld the order dated 27.04.2019/30.03.2021, Annexure P-1, passed by Assistant Collector 2nd Grade, Tigaon, District Faridabad and impugned order dated 21.12.2022, Annexure P-2, passed by the learned Collector-cum-SDM, Faridabad and also Sanad Takseem dated 02.05.2023, Annexure P-5, of Assistant Collector 2nd Grade, Tigaon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Commissioner/appropriate authority for redressal of his grievances.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. MEENU 2023.12.07 11:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-25062-2023 -2However, in case the petitioner approaches the Commissioner/appropriate authority within ten days from today, the same would be decided by the said authority in accordance with law.

However, status quo would be maintained for ten days from today.
