For reasons given in the application, same is allowed. Main Case This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the order dated 11.10.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed in Complaint No.NI Act/1304280/2012 dated 24.08.2012 titled 'Ravinder Kumar Mittal v. Sudershan Kumar Mittal' whereby the trial Court rejected the petitioner's application seeking exanimation of handwriting expert as a witness. In view of the reasons given in the aforementioned application, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
