(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier been granted interim bail by this Court but somehow he came to be arrested subsequently in another FIR i.e. FIR No.310, dated 15.3.2022, Police Station Sadar Hisar, District Hisar, under Sections 21(B) and 27-A of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, which had been lodged previously and on account of which he withdrew the first petition, which had been filed in this Court i.e. CRM-M-12480-2022 (Annexure P-4). Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that he does not wish to press upon the instant petition and that he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to surrender before the trial Court and to apply for grant of regular bail.
