**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to official respondents so as to decide representation dated 07.11.2019 (P-5), Pg-117). 2.

Learned State counsel, Mr. V.K. Gupta, AAG, Punjab on instructions from ASI Amritpal Singh, P.S. Lehra submits that aforesaid representation shall be considered and decided by respondent No.2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur within a period of 8 weeks from today and the outcome thereof shall be served upon the petitioners within a period of 15 days thereafter. 3.

However, it is made clear that aforesaid direction shall not be treated as expression of opinion on the merits of the averments made in representation.
