TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA , J. (Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim for selection and appointment as Workshop Calculation and Science Instructor from the date candidates lower in merit were appointed, alongwith all consequential benefits.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that the petitioner has been considered eligible and his name has been recommended for appointment by the Commission vide letter dated 25.02.2025. 3.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent/Director, Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, to appoint the petitioner on the post of Workshop Calculation and Science Instructor, subject to his fulfilling the requisite conditions, within a period of four weeks. The appointment shall be offered to him with notional benefits from the date other selected candidates pursuant to the MAMTA 2025.03.12 16:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
