ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 28.07.2022 vide which a direction was issued to decide the representation by passing a speaking order.

Affidavit on behalf of the Executive Engineer, Municipal Counci, Gaur, District Bathinda, filed in the Court is taken on record, according to which, necessary compliance has been made and a speaking order has been passed.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the total amount of Rs.22,47,112/- towards the Provident Fund, Gratuity and Leave Encashment is already released in favour of the petitioner and nothing is due.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order, if so advised.
