Present petition has been filed by the petitioner for directing the respondents to reimburse the full medical expenses incurred by the petitioner on the treatment of her late husband Sh. Bharat Singh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now, out of Rs. 3,66,915/- only Rs.99,450/- has been reimbursed which is totally arbitrary and illegal. and that too without any valid justification. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents are under obligation to reimburse the full amount which the petitioner has spent on the treatment of her late husband.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised the said grievance in the Legal Notice dated 09.11.2022 (Annexure P-10) but the same is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 6.
