By way of filing the instant contempt petition, the petitioner has alleged intentional and willfull disobedience of the order dated 19.03.2025, passed in CWP-7432-2025 (Annexure P-1), by the respondent, whereby, following order was passed:- "xxxxxx 5.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Director General, Transport Department, Haryana, to decide the representations dated 18.02.2025 and 25.02.2025 (Annexures P-11 to 13) submitted by the petitioners and to pass a speaking and reasoned order thereupon in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, if prescribed under law. xxxxxx"

Mr. Sharad Aggarwal, Addl. A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submits that the representation filed by the petitioner has been decided by passing a well-reasoned and detailed order dated 05.09.2025, by the General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Kaithal, being the competent authority. Copy of the said order has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record. Copy thereof has also been supplied to the counsel opposite.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to challenge the order dated 05.09.2025, passed by the General Managar, Haryana Roadways, Kaithal. 5.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 6.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
