)*+ )  $       ,,,,,  VIKAS SURI, J. (Oral) The grievance raised by the petitioner is that the case file of the petitioner seeking issue of passport has been arbitrarily closed vide letter dated 19.01.2022 (Annexure P-6), but the same has not been impugned in the present petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been an inadvertent omission and thus seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action. At this stage, Mr. Karan Kumar Jund, Senior Panel CounselUOI, puts in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2, as copy of the petition has been supplied to him in advance and raises no objection to aforesaid prayer being accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
