Complaint NACT No. 7115 of 2018 titled as "Raj Kumar Versus Sandeep" under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 case Seeking quashing of impugned order dated 13.02.2023 passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad in complaint case captioned above vide which the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed person, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS). 2.

Notice served upon the official respondent through State counsel. Dr. Sumati Jund, Advocate has put in appearance and has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.2 which is taken on record. The nature of order this court proposes to pass, no response is required from the respondent.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter now stands compromised and to this effect, the complaint captioned above has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 16.08.2024 passed by the trial court concerned. 4.

Given above, nothing survives in the present petition and as such has been rendered infructuous.
