The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of orders dated 07.01.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-7697-2018.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that orders dated 07.01.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-7697-2018 has been complied with. He has produced undertaking given by the petitioner that since all payments have been received by him, therefore, he would withdraw the present contempt petition filed by him. The same is taken on record. 3.

In view of the above, since orders dated 07.01.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-7697-2018, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.
