P.C.') for transferring criminal trial bearing No.CIS No.SC 144/2014 titled as 'State versus Angrej Singh and others' in case FIR No.109 dated 16.04.2014, under Sections 384, 506, 115-B and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 (for short 'Arms Act'), registered at Police Station, Sadar, Ferozepur, pending before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Ferozepur to a competent Court under the jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court preferably in the State of Haryana or in Chandigarh.

At the outset, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to seek recourse to his remedy at subsequent stage, if warranted. 3.
