(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.10, dated 03.03.2019, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City 1 Sandaur, District Malerkotla (Annexure P-1).

On 24.03.2023, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, accordingly registry was directed to notify learned counsel for the petitioner of the date fixed i.e. today.
