(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for the post of Assistant in pursuance of notifications/instructions dated 15.05.2015 (Annexure P-1) and 04.05.2018 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in the present petition is no more res integra and stands concluded by decision of the Supreme Court in Jarnail Singh and others vs. LachhmiNarain Gupta and others, 2018 (10) SCC 396.

On advance service, the learned State counsel appears and does not controvert the aforesaid.

Petition is accordingly disposed of in view of the decision of Supreme Court rendered in Jarnail Singh's case (supra). 5.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
