(Oral) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to consider the application dated 10.04.2017 submitted by the petitioner before the Regional Transport Authority- respondent No.2 for issuance of stage carriage permit on the desired route.

Precisely, for the claim in question, the petitioner has already served a legal notice dated 21.04.2022 upon respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case her application followed by legal notice dated 21.04.2022 is directed to be JYOTI SHARMA 2022.12.16 16:50 I attest to the authenticity and accuracy of this order/judgment
