(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner states that College, namely, Guru Nanak Nav Bharat College, Kapurthala has not complied with the order of the Director of Public Insructions (Colleges) Punjab, dated 13.09.2018 (Annexure P-7).

Counsel for the petitioner very fairly states that the jurisdiction in the present case is before the Educational Tribunal as the Educational Tribunal has the powers to give direction with regard to deciding the claim as being raised by the petitioner in the present petition. Counsel for the petitioner prays that he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition to approach the Educational Tribunal by filing the appropriate proceedings.
