Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.144 dated 26.09.2014 (P-1), under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Division No.4, District Ludhiana, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (P-2), entered into between the parties.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioners, wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
