Prayer in this second petition filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C./483 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for granting the concession of regular bail in case FIR No.155 dated 07.09.2023 under Section 22(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Section 27 of the NDPS Act added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Bathinda, District Bathinda.

The previous petition was dismissed by this Court vide detailed order dated 03rd April, 2024 which has been annexed as Annexure P-3. 3.

In the circumstances, no ground is made out to review the order passed by this Court on 03rd April, 2024. Hence, the instant petition stands dismissed.
