Dated Police StaƟon SecƟons 03.04.2021 City-I, Sangrur, District Sangrur 22 and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 The peƟƟoner incarcerated in the FIR capƟoned above, has come up before this Court under SecƟon 439 CrPC seeking bail. 2.

Status report dated 12.09.2023 and custody cerƟficate dated 13.09.2023 filed by State counsel today in the Court are taken on record. 3.

In paragraph 11 of the peƟƟon, the peƟƟoner has menƟoned that he has no criminal history. However, State counsel submits that as per reply, seven more FIRs are pending against the peƟƟoner.

At this stage, counsel for the peƟƟoner wants to withdraw the present peƟƟon with liberty to file fresh peƟƟon on the same power of aƩorney. 5.

Given above, the present peƟƟon stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. State to hand over the reply to the counsel for the peƟƟoner to enable him to file a fresh peƟƟon. Since peƟƟoner has already given power of aƩorney to his counsel in this peƟƟon, as such, Registry shall not insist to file fresh power of aƩorney in the fresh peƟƟon, if so filed. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
