***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Only prayer made in the present petition is for appointment of Returning Officer as per scheme of the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012. According to the counsel, elections are scheduled to be held on 18.12.2018. However, the Society has appointed its own officer as Returning Officer. The petitioner does not expect fair and proper elections under the circumstances.

On the asking of the court, Mr. Saurabh Mohunta, DAG, Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Petition is hereby disposed with a direction that elections to the Society shall be overseen by respondent No.3-District Registrar of Society, Kaithal.
