(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision is to order dated 18.10.2022 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Sangrur and order dated 17.03.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sangrur in an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C., titled as 'Jaswinder Kaur w/o Amrik Singh vs. Amrik Singh s/o Gurnam Singh' whereby the petitioner-husband has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/-p.m. to the respondentwife alongwith litigation expenses of Rs.5,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
