******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent had filed ejectment petition against four other tenants whose ejectment was also allowed by the Rent Controller. Tenant Arjan Ram @ Arjan Dass came in revision C.R. No. 4678 of 2018 and has been allowed time up to 31.12.2019 to vacate the room in his possession. He also seek time up to 31.12.2019 to vacate the room. As the other tenant Arjan Ram @ Arjan Dass has been allowed time up to 31.12.2019 to vacate the room in his possession in the same premises vide order dated 4.10.2018 passed in Civil Revision No. 4678 of 2018, petitioner is also allowed time to vacate the premises on or before 31.12.2019 subject to the terms as follows :- DEEPAK KUMAR 2018.12.24 13:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH

CR-11692-2018 -2- (i) The petitioner-tenant will pay/deposit the entire due rent/mesne profits @ 200/- per month from the date of order of appellate authority till 31.1.2019 within four weeks.

(ii) She will keep on paying/depositing the advance rent/mesne profits of subsequent months on or before 10th day of each month. (iii) She will file affidavit before the Rent Controller within three weeks giving details of entire payment of rent/mesne profits and undertaking to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondents on or before 31.12.2019. In case of default of any of the above terms, the respondentlandlord will be entitled to execute the order of ejectment forthwith. The order has been passed in the absence of respondents to avoid unnecessary delay and expenses. A copy of this order be conveyed to the respondents. In the event of respondents having any objection, they may file a petition to that effect. On receipt of the petition, the same be listed for hearing.
