On 1.5.2023, the petitioner remained unrepresented. After that, on 19.7.2023 and 11.9.2023 also, no one appeared for the petitioner. Same was the position on 18.9.2023 also.

Even today, despite pass over, none appeared for the petitioner. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, since there is no adjudication on merits, liberty is reserved for the petitioner to file a fresh petition and disposal of present petition shall not come in his way in case fresh petition is filed.
