The petitioner is assailing letter dated 14.10.2024 whereby Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ambala had requested the Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited to dispense with services of the petitioner.

Ms. Rajni Gupta, Advocate during the course of hearing produced copy of letter dated 13.01.2025 addressed to the office of Advocate General, Haryana by General Manager (Finance), Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited, Haryana. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place.
