ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 13.02.2019 vide which a direction was issued to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to look into the representation. As per the affidavit of the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, the representation has been decided and as per the report of the Pathology, no poison was detected and therefore, no further action was called for. The enquiry report of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, is also attached with the affidavit. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
