/ 0  -  Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of the order dated 04.08.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat in case bearing FIR No.24 dated 17.04.2019 registered at Police Station Sector-13/17, Panipat, whereby non-bailable warrants of the petitioner have been issued.

Reply already filed on behalf of the respondent-State is taken on record.

It is undisputed that despite the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 10.09.2025, the petitioner has not appeared before the trial Court. No document or affidavit has been filed giving reasons for non-appearance in compliance to the order passed by this Court.

The present petition is thus dismissed.
