Present petition has been filed praying for quashing of FIR No.373, dated 05.10.2021, under Sections 285, 336, 34, 506 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act (Sections 120-B & 307 IPC added and Sections 34, 336, 285 removed later on), registered at Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom including order dated 05.04.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra whereby the petitioner was declared proclaimed person, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-7).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the complainant/respondent No.2 has expired, he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same with better particulars. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
