(ORAL) This Writ Petition is filed seeking quashing of the order dt.17.11.2022 passed by the Recovery Officer-II, DRT-I, Chandigarh in RC-1940-2018 vide which objections filed by the petitioner to the sale conducted by respondent No.3 on 18.12.2021 were rejected. Since the petitioner has a remedy of Appeal against the said order under Section 30(1) of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993, granting leave to the petitioner to avail the said remedy, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

Subject to the petitioner preferring the Appeal within two weeks from today and filing an interim application therein seeking appropriate interim relief, for a period of 4 weeks from today, status quo in all respects be maintained with regard to the possession of the property as well as creation of third party rights therein.
