(ORAL) After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that against the impugned order, an appeal to the Chairman of the Punjab State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. lies and he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, at this stage, to enable the petitioner to avail the said remedy.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty, as prayed for. Counsel for the petitioner further states that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the appeal, which the petitioner intends to file now, within in a time bound manner.
