NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the impugned order dated 20.04.2015 (Annexure P-3) vide which the petitioner has been dismissed from service and for setting-aside the order dated 08.03.2016 (Annexure P-6) and 17.09.2024 (Annexure P-9) passed by the respondents, vide which the appeal/representation filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to pay the 2006 Pay Fixation with all increments, promotion, gratuity, fund along with 12% interest and other pending benefit to stop the respondents.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file MOHD YAKUB 2024.10.25 10:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh
