**** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for direction to the respondent No.4 to register an FIR against respondents No. 5 to 8 under the relevant provisions of law.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from L/ASI Sunil Devi, informs this Court that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as an FIR No. 317 dated 24.10.2024 under Sections 123, 140(3), 3(5), 351 (3), 85 of BNS, 2023 has been registered at Police Station Punhana against all the 4 accused/respondents No. 5 to 8. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the State, the present petition be disposed as infructuous.
