State counsel and counsel for the complainant submit that two more FIRs is pending against the petitioner, however, in para no. 7 petitioner declared that no other case is pending against him.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that instructions was imparted by the cousin brother of the petitioner, not by the petitioner himself, as such, an unintentional omission occurred and prayed for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh.

Given above, the present petition stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

It is clarified that in case, fresh petition is filed by the petitioner then the filing and withdrawal of the present petition shall not come in his way.
