Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of impugned order dated 18.12.2017 (Annexure P-2) passed in case FIR No.53 dated 24.03.2016, registered under Sections 323, 341, 342, 506, 406, 498-A, 148, 149 IPC, at Police Station Bhargo Camp, District Jalandhar (Annexure P-1) whereby the petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender.

Since the FIR in question has already been quashed vide order dated 23.03.2023 passed in CRM-M-126-2020, therefore, this petition has been rendered infructuous.
