(ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 30 dated 18.06.2024 registered under Sections 506 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, 2012 at Women Police Station, Karnal, District Karnal (Annexure P-1).

Custody certificate dated 26.10.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone the custody period of 1 month and 21 days as an undertrial. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
