(ORAL) Prayer in the present Criminal Writ Petition under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner who apprehends immediate/instant danger to her life and liberty at the hands of the respondent No.6 who is pressurizing the petitioner to make physical relations with him in lieu of releasing the remaining amount of sale consideration (Annexure P 1) and misusing his powers. After arguing the matter for some time, when this Court is not inclined to interfere, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
