(ORAL) The petitioner, who belongs to Scheduled Caste (Ramdasia) Category, was an aspirant for appointment against total 210 posts of Warder (Male) out of which 20% vacancies were available for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, advertised vide Annexure P4 dated 8.11.2016.

Grievance is that his candidature has been cancelled on the ground that the chest measurement of the petitioner is less than the fixed criteria.
